My Hero

My Hero (僕のヒーロー) is an upbeat post-rock/metal album that gives the listener an heroic vibe taking inspiration from anime and post -rock bands.

My Hero started as a post-rock album attempting to re-create the feel of an old album I did, Fall in Love. As with most art, trying to re-create something is difficult and thus this new sounding album was born!

The album evolved from trying to be an post-rock album into a more heroic and upbeat rock album from watching the show, My Hero Academia (hence the name of the album). The show has amazing music and that’s where the inspiration came to not only finish the album but make it sound the way it does now.
